1. Shipping Coverage
At the moment, we send our goods all around India.
There is currently no international shipping available.
2. Order Processing Time
Following payment confirmation, all orders are handled within one to two business days.
Weekend and public holiday orders will be handled the next business day.
Processing times may be a little longer during sales or peak seasons.
3. Shipping Time
Delivery schedules vary depending on where you are:
- Metro Cities: two to five business days.
- Other Towns & Cities: 3–7 business days.
- 5–10 business days for remote areas.
Please be aware that courier loads, bad weather, or uncontrollable logistical problems could cause delivery delays.
4. Shipping Charges
At checkout, shipping costs are determined by your order weight and delivery location.
Promotions that offer free delivery will be prominently displayed on the website.
5. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will get:
- An email or SMS confirming shipment.
- Details about the courier partner and a tracking ID.
At any moment, you can use this tracking number to see how your package is progressing.
6. Packaging & Safety
To guarantee freshness and safety throughout transportation, every order is packaged in food-grade, airtight, and tamper-proof packaging.

8. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
If a delivery is unsuccessful because of:
- Inaccurate or lacking address,

refusal to accept the delivery,
You can return the order to us. There can be re-delivery fees.

Before the order is dispatched, you can ask to have the mailing address changed. The address cannot be changed once it has been sent.
