1. Eligibility for Returns
Since our products are food-grade and perishable, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product you received was wrong, damaged, or flawed.
- The item is in its original box, unopened, and unused.
- After delivery, you let us know within 48 hours.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
- Items that were harmed by the customer's careless handling
- A shift in preference or a change of heart
2. How to Request a Return

3. Replacement Policy
Once your return request is approved:
- We will provide a replacement item at no extra cost.
- Replacement is contingent upon availability.
- You can request a refund or select an equivalent product if the item is out of stock.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only if:
- There is no way to replace it, or
- Before shipping, the order was canceled, or
- The provided product was inaccurate or flawed.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items bought during a sale or clearance
- Promotional goods or gift cards
- Items that are not in their original packaging
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If an order returns to us due to:
- The wrong address
- Unfinished address
- Unavailability of customers.
